2023 Beer list -

Bauman’s Cider

-Strawberry Mojito - Hyper-local and super-seasonal: Our own strawberries, ripe and bursting with fresh berry goodness! We blend them here with our farm-fermented cider and our own mint, muddled to perfection. Semi-sweet 6.7% ABV.

-Reine des Pommes - "Queen of the Apples" is a blend of some of our favorite tannic French cider apples, including the prized Reine des Pommes. Off-dry and full of fruity notes of baked apples, Meadowfoam honey and Meyer lemons. 6.9% ABV.

Crux Brewing

- Southland Grisette - Southland is our southern hemisphere spin on the traditional grisette, a saison-adjacent style meant to refresh and replenish the miners of southern Belgium. We added a tasteful amount of Motueka hops and Feijoa fruit, providing a touch of New Zealand tropical citrus to this delightful Belgian-style ale.5.2% ABV.

- Bramble Candy - Sour ale aged in Red Wine Barrels with a tangled blend of sour cultures. Then infused with a tart twist of real Oregon raspberries and Marion berries. It drips with juicy berry notes balanced by a funky wine-like earthiness — that's what we call 'nature's candy! 7.5% ABV.

Hopworks Brewing

- Rindless Watermelon Lime Gose - Rindless Watermelon Gose is pale orange with a kiss of pink. Aromas and flavors are of watermelon candy and bright lime followed by some light saltiness to help clean off the palate. This sour ale finishes clean and snappy, with a hint of wheat maltiness 5.2% ABV.

- Trail Time Summer IPA- A crushable, fruit-forward IPA with notes of pineapple, orange zest and papaya. It finishes light and crisp, with a nice, drying bitterness. The hop profile is a balanced blend of Chinook, El Dorado, Centennial, Strata and HBC 638 hops, providing a big, fruity boost 6.5% ABV.

Level Brewing

- Stable Genius Hazy IPA “Indictment Edition” - Bright citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas with notes of impending divorce. 6.5% ABV.

- Steamed Hams lager - Light, clean, crisp, bitter with earthy, floral and spicy hop flavors and aromas. Made to pair with hamburgers! 5% ABV.

Obelisk Brewing

- Sculpture Garden - West Coast India Pale Ale dry hopped with Chinook, Nelson, Nelson CGX™, and Motueka hops. Ripe tropical and stone fruits like mango, nectarine, pineapple, gooseberry, and kiwi, with a dank resinous quality complimented by a soft bitterness that lets the fruit shine through. 7% ABV.

- Sun Shrine - A not so traditional Kolsch-inspired ale brewed with German malts, German Tettnanger hops, and Strata CGX™ hops. A measured amount of Strata CGX™️ dry hop lightly accents the beer with some elevated fruit flavor and aroma. This beer is super dry yet full of lemon zest, tangerine, peach, melon, crackery malt character, and a balanced bitterness that makes a crisp and refreshing beer. 4.2% ABV.
